Eingana Magazine For Cool.org Members
From awareness to action: how schools are adapting to the climate challenge
Scroll down to read the full 2026 digital edition of Eingana - it’s a digital flipbook so use the arrow to turn each page. To zoom/magnify, click the menu bar just below the magazine (three lines). Eingana will be freely available to Cool.org members until 31st December 2026.
This is a special, national edition of Eingana because this November 2026, the 31st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP31) will bring countries together to negotiate solutions and track progress against shared goals. Australia will serve as President of Negotiations, leading the formal talks and agenda setting, following its co-hosting of pre-COP events in Fiji alongside Pacific nations.
It is a unique moment of responsibility for our country, and a rare chance for Australian students to see themselves as part of a crucial global conversation. That's why, for the first time, we've gathered stories from schools and organisations from across Australia and the Pacific - real examples of communities adapting to the climate challenge, and of young people already playing their part.
Eingana is the well-regarded journal of Environment Education Victoria that we have been publishing for over 40 years. It showcases the work of environment educators around Victoria across a range of relevant themes and subjects.
