For the purpose of ResourceSmart Schools the following councils are part of the Western Metro Region:
- Brimbank
- Hobsons Bay
- Maribyrnong
- Melbourne (most of this council region)
- Melton (most of this council region)
- Moonee Valley
- Wyndham.
EEV Support
From Werribee to Melton to Carlton, with over 68 schools involved, EEV have been providing support with ResourceSmart Schools in the Western Metro Region since July 2012.
